Thursday, June 25th, 2009 - Unique Scotch Tasting and Sunset at the Castle - 6:30pm - 9:30pm - Cherokee Ranch and Castle is a historic Castle and Foundation (http://www.cherokeeranch.org/) overlooking the vast untouched scenery and Rockies west of Castle Pines. Join Celtic entertainer and Scottish-trained bagpiper, Scott Beach, as he takes you on a tour of Scotland, exploring its very true essence, "Scotch Whiskey." Drink in live Scottish Music and the beauty of Scotland's landscapes through slide-show imagery. And learn how Scotch is produced, nosed, and tasted-as we delve into six diverse Scotch Whiskeys from Scotland's Highlands and Lowlands, to the Islands beyond. Whether you're new to Scotch, or are an experienced lover of Scotch, come and join us with your special someone and experience a sunset at the Castle. Castle Tours will also take place. August 1st, 2009 - FIRST ANNUAL CALEIDH AT THE CASTLE - FINALLY A SCOTTISH FESTIVAL AT A REAL CASTLE - 5:00pm - 9pm - Celebrate Scotland at The Cherokee Ranch and Castle ( http://www.cherokeeranch.org/ )and allow us to take you on a tour of Scotland's rich heritage.
Enjoy the beauty of Highland Dancers, and allow Scott Beach to take you on a video tour of Scotland, and into it's liquid essence as we taste 6 single malt scotch whiskeys. Invite your special someone to a quality dinner while experiencing a sunset at the Castle's scenic vista. Castle tours will follow as skilled bagpipers perform.
