Although Marianne started out as a classical harpist on the pedal harp in the 1970s, it's the Celtic harp that is her true voice. She's been playing Celtic or folk harp for more than a decade. Mariann'e working on her first CD, tentatively titled "Songs Under My Pillow" and regularly performs all over the Denver metro area, as well as for weddings, holiday and special events. In 2006, she won the harp competition at the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Festival and Highland Games, and was named the festival's champion folk musician.
